The Preston Hollow Church Presents the America Virtual Choir

The America Virtual Choir

Welcome to “The America Sings Project!” We’re so excited you’re here!

This past Memorial Day, producer, Jim Gray, and artistic director, Russ Rieger invited musicians from all across the country to create a “Virtual” choir honoring those “heroes” who gave so much….and to honor those frontline workers who are giving of themselves right now.

The response was great! Singers and instrumentalists from the lakes of Minnesota, to the hills of Tennessee (and everywhere in between!), came together in to perform, “God Bless America!” It was such a success…we want to try it again!

We want you to be a part of “The America Sings Project!”…a star-spangled salute to our nation on her 244th birthday. This 4th of July, our “Virtual” Choir will be singing a wonderful arrangement of “America the Beautiful” by Marvin Gaspard.

Please click on the “Choir” or “Orchestra” buttons below for handy recording tips, information regarding where to send your finished recording, and to request music. There is also an “Accompaniment Track” button which will send you to the link with the accompaniment track we’d like you to use when recording.

Also….we are also very excited to announce that our project beneficiary is “No Kid Hungry.”  This tireless non-profit is a movement of teachers, chefs, community leaders, parents, lawmakers, and CEO’s with a shared belief:  no kid in America should go hungry. Please click the “No Kid Hungry” donation button to make your voluntary gift to this amazing cause.

Again, thank you for your interest in being a part of  the “The America Sings Project!” We’re so glad you’re here! Have a wonderful 4th of July!
